There is no simple answer to “How do you do all of this?” We are a volunteer organization made up of contributors from many time zones, so coordination and communication can be challenging! Two of our most vital documents are our Journal Operations Guidelines and our Member Code of Conduct. Although these documents contain a lot of information, they lay out our processes in a detailed way. Our Member Code of Conduct shares our expectations for behavior for people involved with producing The R3 Journal.
